Kenex Carl Mina has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kenex Carl started their career in 2013 as a Summer Teacher Assistant at Diliman Access Review Center, where they handled lectures, assisted lecturers, managed classrooms, and coordinated with host schools for materials and facilities. In 2014, they held the same position at the same company.

In 2016, Kenex joined the University of the Philippines as a Systems Analyst, where they stayed until 2017. During this time, they worked on analyzing systems for the university.

From 2017 to 2019, Kenex worked at Nokia, holding multiple roles. Kenex Carl started as an R&D Engineer in 2017 and became a Scrum Master and Squad Group Quality Owner in 2018. Kenex Carl'sresponsibilities included overseeing scrum processes, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with teams.

In 2019, Kenex returned to the University of the Philippines as a Junior ICT Associate, contributing to ICT projects until 2021.

Currently, Kenex is employed at Navitaire, an Amadeus company, as a Project Management Specialist. Kenex Carl has been with the company since 2021 and was promoted to Project Management Senior Specialist in 2023.

Throughout their career, Kenex has gained experience in project management, agile methodologies, systems analysis, and technical engineering.

Kenex Carl Mina, PSM I, SSM, ECE, obtained a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of the Philippines from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, Kenex also underwent Software Engineering Training at the University of the Philippines.

In addition to their degrees, Kenex holds various certifications. Kenex Carl acquired the professional certification of Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in December 2022. Moreover, they obtained the certifications of Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2018. Kenex is also a Licensed Electronics Engineer, licensed by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission in October 2018. Additionally, they completed Software Engineering Training at the UP Information Technology Development Center (UPITDC).
