Justin Kong

Justin Kong is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in the biotechnology and engineering sectors. Currently serving at Samsung Biologics since April 2022, Justin manages client interactions and leads cross-functional teams in tech transfer projects for new drug substances and products. Prior experiences include project management at Planet Pharma, where Justin addressed issues with medical device projects, and at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, overseeing project feasibility linked to manufacturing. Justin’s earlier roles as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer involved process validation, compliance, and cross-functional project management at various organizations, including Axelon Services Corporation and Azzur Group. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
