Lydia Caplygin

Lydia Caplygin currently serves as the Associate Director of Admissions at Navitas, overseeing both domestic and international admissions since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lydia held various leadership positions at the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches, including Chief Operations Officer and Head of Business Partnerships, from September 2017 to August 2021. As a Personal Effectiveness specialist from January 2017 to August 2021, Lydia conducted tailored workshops and accountability sessions to enhance personal and interpersonal effectiveness. Lydia also contributed to the Australian School of Management as Head of Domestic Recruitment and managed a start-up sales team for the higher education sector in 2016. Earlier experience includes a series of progressive roles at Careers Australia, culminating in the position of Head of Partnerships, and previously serving as Sales Manager for Real Estate at News Corp during a transitional period. Lydia possesses strong problem-solving abilities along with outstanding time management and organizational skills.
