Rob Weber

Rob Weber is a seasoned professional in the power electronics and semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Business Development Director at Navitas Semiconductor since November 2023. Prior roles include Product Line Director for Silicon Carbide Solutions at Microchip Technology Inc. from September 2019 to October 2023, and CEO of AgileSwitch, LLC, which specializes in power electronics for renewable energy applications. As the founder of Robin Hood Ventures, Rob Weber invested in over 30 emerging growth companies and held important academic positions, including Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania and Consulting Professor at the National University of Singapore. Weber's educational background includes degrees in Entrepreneurship and Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, supplemented by participation in the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology.
