Jonathan Weisberg

Jonathan Weisberg has over 29 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career at Ford Motor Company as an Engineer, where they were responsible for equipment specifications and sourcing. Jonathan then moved on to become a Global Program Manager, leading teams in Brazil and the US for the launch and delivery of the Wiper Integrated Control Module program.

After their time at Ford, Weisberg worked at Visteon as a Director of Aftermarket Mobile Electronics, where they generated increased revenue by bringing unique value proposition products to market. Jonathan also served as the Director of Mobile Electronics at Visteon, managing engineering budgets, driving product development strategies, and establishing relationships with technology partners.

Weisberg then joined ESG Automotive as the VP of Engineering, overseeing various accounts and being responsible for P&L, sustaining current business, and growing new customers. Jonathan later became the CTO at AAMP of America before moving on to Rivian Automotive, where they were a Director, responsible for developing the low voltage electrical system and establishing strategies for various components and modules.

In 2016, Weisberg started their own consulting company, JGW Consulting, where they focused on market analysis, business and product development strategy, process improvement, acquisition targets, and team building. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Navitas Systems, LLC.

Jonathan Weisberg completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Kettering University from 1986 to 1991. From 1992 to 1995, they pursued a Masters in Manufacturing Systems at the University of Michigan.
