Nicholas Simopoulos is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in engineering, project management, and property management. As the Founder of Scotch Properties, LLC since March 2020, Nicholas has successfully initiated partnerships for the investment and management of residential properties while ensuring robust financial returns through effective lead generation and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Research and Development Program Manager at Navitas Systems, LLC, Nicholas develops project scopes and budgets, coordinates with government and military stakeholders, and leads cross-functional teams to meet project milestones. Previous roles include Application Engineer at Thermalnetics, Development & Validation Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and various positions in research and instructional capacities. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
