Sara Anderson has over a decade of experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Service Scheduler at Navitor Inc since April 2013. In this role, Sara maintains service levels in the call center, makes real-time scheduling adjustments, processes PTO requests, and analyzes data to enhance customer service. Prior to this, Sara worked as an Operations Intern at Kato Engineering, contributing to marketing and safety programs, and had earlier experience as a Sales Associate at Herberger's. Sara also completed a second internship at Kato Engineering, where responsibilities included logistics and administrative tasks. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
