Jenny Roth Buckles

Jenny Roth Buckles has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jenny is currently serving as the Director of Agile Delivery at Navitus Health Solutions, focusing on implementing agile methodologies. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Manager of IT Health Strategies at Navitus Health Solutions. At Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Jenny worked as a Sr. Manager and Release Train Engineer. Jenny also held the position of Manager of Delivery Practices at Main Street America Insurance, where they were responsible for developing and empowering the Product Owner role. Before that, they worked at Dean Health Plan, Inc., where they held multiple roles, including Senior Release Train Engineer, Enterprise Agile Coach, Business Analysis Team Lead, and Product Owner. Their earlier work experiences include positions at BW Designs and the Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development, where they gained valuable experience in account management and operations.

Jenny Roth Buckles completed their education history as follows: they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Globe University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Business Management/Human Resources from Western Wisconsin Technical College between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, they attended UW - La Crosse from 1998 to 2000, majoring in Business Administration and Management. Jenny completed their high school education at Sauk Prairie High School.
