Tom Radloff

With Navitus since 2004, Tom oversees a team of over 70 account management professionals, including pharmacists, client service executives, and coordinators, who provide an exceptional customer experience every day to ensure clients receive the support and tools they need to better manage their plans. Tom and his team serve as highly experienced advisors, providing personalized, consultative service that helps clients improve plan performance, reduce costs and improve member health.

Tom has over 30 years of pharmacy experience in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinic pharmacies, health plans, and pharmacy benefits management. Prior to joining Navitus, Tom served as the Pharmacy Coordinator for Dean Pharmacy. His responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations for eight pharmacies in the Dean network. His managed care experience also includes several years at Dean Health Plan/Dean Health Insurance, Inc., where he supervised the prior authorization process, developed and enacted ad hoc reporting processes for audits, maintained MAC pricing for pharmacy reimbursement, and sustained a superior customer service policy for the Dean Health Plan pharmacy department.

Tom earned his Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a licensed pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin.
