Rashi Venkataraman Romanoff

Rashi Venkataraman Romanoff is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in health care policy, veterans' services, and strategic partnerships. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at NAVREF since August 2023, Rashi previously held roles at the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, where responsibilities included overseeing programs and fostering partnerships to support military and veteran caregivers. Other notable positions include Executive Director of Prevention & Population Health at America's Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and Director of Operations for Strategic Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Rashi's earlier career includes serving as a Health Foreign Affairs Officer at the U.S. Department of State and a Fulbright Scholar. Rashi earned a Master of Science in Health Care Policy and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences—with a secondary major in Ethics, History, and Public Policy—both from Carnegie Mellon University.
