Georgia C. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Georgia started their career as a General Manager at the Arts and Science Federation of Associations from 2010 to 2012. Georgia then worked at Revision Military as an Administrative Assistant from 2012 to 2014 and as a Human Resources Associate from 2014 to 2015. Georgia was then employed at Walking Thumbs as a People & Culture Manager from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they joined trivago as a Talent Recruiter, where they provided guidance to hiring managers and established candidate pipelines until 2021. Georgia then transitioned to Zalando SE as a Talent Acquisition Partner, where they independently led the recruitment process for Engineering & Product vacancies and collaborated on various projects. In 2022, Georgia joined Westwing as the Team Lead Talent Acquisition (Tech). Currently (since 2023), they hold the position of Global Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at NavVis, where they are involved in bridging the gap between the physical and digital worlds through reality capture technology.

Georgia C. obtained a Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management from McGill University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Concordia University from 2007 to 2009, earning a B.A. in Psychology.
