Sarah Beam

Sarah Beam has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Sarah started their career as a Hospice Nurse at Hospice of Dubuque in 2002 and later worked as a Medical Surgical ICU Nurse at WellSpan Health. In 2005, they joined Hospice of Lancaster County and then transitioned to a Registered Nurse role at Milton Hershey Medical Center. Sarah worked as an Inpatient Palliative Medicine and Family Nurse Practitioner at UPMC Pinnacle Harrisburg before joining Pinnacle Hospice as a Family Nurse Practitioner. From 2010 to 2022, Sarah worked at Optum in various roles, including Clinical Services Manager, Clinical Adviser, and Nurse Practitioner. Sarah then moved on to Signify Health as a Clinical Programs Executive and Client Clinical Executive. Currently, Sarah is employed as the Director Palliative Care and In-Home Services at Navvis. Overall, Sarah Beam has demonstrated their dedication and expertise in the healthcare field throughout their career.

Sarah Beam earned a Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner from Millersville University of Pennsylvania from 2005 to 2008. Sarah also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Sarah holds certifications as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse from the North Carolina Board of Nursing, obtained in August 2021. In addition, they have certifications in Executive Management and Project Management - Lean Process from the Management & Strategy Institute, both obtained in 2021. Sarah also completed a certification in Business Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
