Stephanie Plumb

Stephanie Plumb, MBA, RHIA has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephanie is currently working at Navvis as the Senior Director of Solution Delivery. Prior to that, they worked at HealthTeamWorks as a Healthcare Learning Facilitator for the CPC+ National Learning Faculty. Stephanie also served as a Program Manager of Behavioral Health at Vidant Health and an Independent Consultant at Baptist Health, where they focused on primary care residency programs and PCMH transformations. Stephanie has also worked as a Centers of Excellence Consultant at TransforMED, where they supported primary care practices in their transformation process to become Patient-Centered Medical Homes. Stephanie started their career at CBIZ as an Operations Manager and has held various managerial positions at Linn County Anesthesia, RADIOLOGY CONSULTANTS OF IOWA, PLC, and Damadian Diagnostics. Stephanie brings a wealth of experience in physician practice management, operations, and revenue cycle management.

Stephanie Plumb, MBA, RHIA received their Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from East Carolina University in 1998. Stephanie went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University from 2008 to 2010. In addition, they obtained the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) certification from the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) in 1998.
