Michael Song

Michael Song is an experienced investment professional with a robust background in finance and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as an Investment Professional at Navy Capital since July 2021, Michael previously held similar roles at Freshford Capital from September 2011 to June 2021, and at Greenhill & Co. as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2007 to October 2011. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney from June 2000 to August 2003. Academically, Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, obtained between 2005 and 2007, as well as a BBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earned from 1996 to 2000.
