Alonso Espino

Alonso Espino is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative studies focused on branding, product development, customer satisfaction, and loyalty across various sectors including technology, media, and finance. Currently serving as a Member Research Strategist III at Navy Federal Credit Union since April 2023, Alonso held the position of Director at KRC Research prior to that. With a strong background as a Senior Research Manager at Rockbridge Associates and earlier roles at George Mason University as a Private Statistics Tutor, Alonso has developed expertise in advanced statistical analyses such as Key Driver analysis, Regression models, and Cluster analysis.
