Carly Bell is an experienced professional in mortgage loss mitigation and customer service, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Mortgage Loss Mitigation, Mortgage Bankruptcy and Quality Assurance at Navy Federal Credit Union since February 2011. Carly has successfully led the COVID-19 pandemic response for the mortgage team and contributed to the automation of forbearance plans. Previous roles include Supervisor of Loss Mitigation Modifications and various positions within the HAMP program, earning multiple awards for superior performance. Prior to Navy Federal, Carly held positions in hospitality and education, including a Guest Service Representative at Staybridge Suites and an Office Manager at Radford University's International Education Office. Carly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Radford University and is pursuing a degree in International Business from UNSW.
