Eric Miller

Eric Miller has a robust background in data science and business analytics, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Business Intelligence and Data Science at Navy Federal Credit Union since April 2019. In this role, Eric leads a team that delivers over 300 intelligence reports to thousands of contributors, performs ad hoc analyses, and presents actionable insights to leadership. Prior experience includes positions such as Sr. Data Scientist focused on predictive analytics, and roles emphasizing workforce management and capacity planning. Before joining Navy Federal, Eric was the Managing Director at Metro Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included market strategy and client relationship management. Eric holds a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of West Florida, expected in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the same institution, completed in 2014.
