Gloria Gelabert, CPA, PMP, CPM, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President at Navy Federal Credit Union, where leadership encompasses the Finance Technology Domain Development organization and the transition of financial applications to the cloud using the Scaled SAFe Agile framework. Prior experience includes over two decades at Oracle in various roles such as Senior Principal Product Manager, Group Manager, and Senior Manager, focusing on product management for cloud solutions and federal financial applications. Additional roles include professorship at the University of Phoenix, senior management positions at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, engagement management at Cambridge Technology Partners, and program management at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, among others. Gloria holds an MBA in Information Systems from The George Washington University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
