Jessica Lopez-Vasquez

Jessica Lopez-Vasquez has over a decade of experience in technical support and system engineering, currently serving as the ISD System Support Lead III at Navy Federal Credit Union since October 2010. In this role, Jessica acts as a technical subject matter expert for level 2 operational support, focusing on operational stability, efficiency, and system integrity. Previous positions at Navy Federal include System Engineer III and Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed design, implementation, and analysis of technical solutions. Prior experience as a Contact Center Technical Support Specialist at USA Federal Credit Union included providing first-level technical support for various banking systems. Jessica holds a Bachelor's of Science in Management Information Systems from San Diego State University and two associate degrees from Santa Barbara City College.
