Leah Criner

Leah Criner is an experienced mortgage professional currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Navy Federal Credit Union since May 2024. Prior to this role, Leah held multiple positions at Computershare Loan Services, including Operations Manager from August 2020 to August 2023 and Loan Processor III from April 2017 to August 2020. Leah's career in the mortgage industry began at PHH Mortgage as a Loan Processor from November 2014 to April 2017, following a role as Loan Processor/Funder at MarkOne Financial. Additionally, Leah has contributed to community engagement as a County Council Representative for the Sabal Palm Elementary School PTA Board and served as a Den Leader with Boy Scouts of America. Leah's earlier experience includes managing sales and service teams at Sears Holdings Corporation and working as a Market Research Analyst at The Florida Times Union. Leah holds a BA in Anthropology and English from Vanderbilt University, completed in 1998.
