Ryan Fairley

Ryan Fairley has over two decades of experience in project and portfolio management, primarily within the financial services and education sectors. Currently serving as SVP Member Segments at Navy Federal Credit Union since 2017, Ryan has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Omnichannel Strategy and Innovation, and AVP of Digital Strategy. Prior to Navy Federal, Ryan was Senior Director of Program Management at the University of Maryland University College, where responsibilities included portfolio management and oversight of project management staff. Previous roles also include Senior Project Manager at K12 and The College Board, where Ryan led the implementation of project management solutions. Ryan's career began at GEICO, managing teams to enhance mobile applications and drive process improvements as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from Skidmore College.
