Lindsay McFarland

VP of Member Services at Navy Mutual

Lindsay McFarland joined Navy Mutual Aid Association in 2012 and was awarded Employee of the Year in 2018, before being promoted to Vice President of Member Services in 2021. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing all functions of policy administration, the claims process, and the customer experience. She is an experienced customer service leader with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry and ensuring smooth process implementation. She is skilled in coaching, public speaking, team building, management, and leadership.

Ms. McFarland comes to Navy Mutual from Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital where she supported the Department of Pediatrics Chairman and staff.

Ms. McFarland holds a B.S. in Psychology from Austin Peay State University (2005) and an MBA from the University of Phoenix (2011). She holds an ALMI Certification.
