Amanda Pugh

Amanda Pugh possesses extensive international experience in leadership roles with a specialization in project management, regulatory compliance, and training. Currently serving as the Regulatory Compliance Manager and Head of Regulatory Programs at Nawah Energy Company since January 2019, Amanda steers compliance and regulatory initiatives. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Southern Nuclear from January 2006 to January 2019 included roles as Licensing Manager, Compliance Monitoring Manager, Components Engineering Supervisor, and Outage Engineer, focusing on overseeing nuclear construction processes and ensuring safety and quality standards. Amanda began the career as a Management Trainee at UPS and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Southern Wesleyan University.
