Randolph Damon

Randolph Damon has extensive experience in engineering roles, with a focus on nuclear energy. Currently working as a Principal Engineer at Nawah Energy Company, Randolph is responsible for developing programs to ensure safe and reliable plant operation. Prior to this, Randolph worked at Atkins as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where Randolph reviewed nuclear site license applications. Earlier in their career at Eskom, Randolph served as a Senior Engineer, focusing on nuclear risk engineering and developing PSA models.
