Andreas Kristanto Baskoro

Andreas Kristanto Baskoro has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Financial Advisor at AIA Financial, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining customer relationships. In 2014, they joined PT Sigap Prima Astrea as a Management Trainee, gaining experience in various departments and learning about key performance indicators. From 2015 to 2016, they served as the Operational Support Section Head, developing strategic administration plans to support financial, logistics, data, and security risk assessment needs. In 2016, they took on the role of Security Intelligent Information Supervisor, where they acquired and analyzed security intelligence information to support security contingency plans and business strategies.

In 2017, Andreas was the Company Secretary Health and Safety at PT Sigap Prima Astrea, where they ensured compliance with health and safety regulations and kept up to date with relevant legislation. From 2019 to 2022, they worked as a Security Surveillance Sales & Product Specialist in the same company, utilizing their expertise to sell security surveillance products and solutions. In 2021, they were promoted to Sales Engineering Supervisor, overseeing the sales engineering team. Currently, they are serving as the Non-Manned Guarding West Region Department Head at NAWAKARA, a role they started in May 2022.

Andreas Kristanto Baskoro pursued their education at the University of Indonesia, where they achieved a Diploma in English Language from 2007 to 2010. Andreas Kristanto continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bahasa dan Sastra Inggris from 2010 to 2013.
