Cristina Morales Heaney

Chair at NAWBO

Our U.S Safety Services team has been providing EMT medical services through worksite and event medical staffing throughout South Central Texas for years, and since rebranding the company in 2005, we have became a South Central Texas leader in this industry.

Using my business and nonprofit development experience, I rebranded U.S. Safety Services and took it from a “mom and pop” company to an EMT services business that provides EMTs for the majority of community sports and entertainment facilities in San Antonio. We also provide temporary medical staffing for corporate and manufacturing settings throughout Central and South Texas. We have a long history of serving a wide array of clients, including the largest sports and entertainment center in San Antonio.

My dedication and commitment to making U.S. Safety Services the top provider of temporary medical staffing in Central and South Texas, included becoming a certified Emergency Medical Technician in order to communicate with and understand the demands of my employees and needs of our clients. In return, my team of certified EMTs operates with an unsurpassed level of dedication to the worksite and event medical services they provide.

It is my desire to leave my mark by providing a platform for people to make the living for which they aspire, in the profession they enjoy, and be happy at the same time, and to assist our servicemen and women with the opportunity to continue in their field after retiring from our Armed Services.

As leader in our community, I am actively involved in the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-SA) as well as the Chambers of Commerce and the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball.

My husband, Jim, and I enjoy “partying with a purpose” as members of the San Antonio Parrot Head Club (SAPHC.com), a community group officially sanctioned by Jimmy Buffett.
