Lee Taylor-Shehebar

Lee Taylor-Shehebar has a strong background in talent acquisition and employee experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Recruitment & Placement Consultant at Manpower Israel, where they were responsible for high-volume recruiting and screening potential candidates. In 2013, they joined Payoneer as an Employee eXperience Leader, focusing on creating a positive work environment. They later transitioned into a Recruiter & HR Business Partner role, where they were responsible for recruiting top talent. In 2018, Lee joined NICE Ltd as an Employee Experience Manager, overseeing employees' journey within the company. Currently, they work at Nayax as a Talent Acquisition Manager & HRBP, playing a key role in designing and executing HR policies and procedures, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing guidance to managers on employee matters.

Lee Taylor-Shehebar completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. They later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Consulting and Strategic Organization Development from the same institution, completing their studies from 2011 to 2013.
