Roni Krumer

Roni Krumer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career at Castro in 2004, working as a Production Planning and Control Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for distribution planning, inventory control, and monitoring sales progress. They also handled manufacturing layout planning and worked with international suppliers for import and delivery processes.

In 2008, Roni joined Strauss-Group as a Demand Planning Industrial Engineer. Here, they performed various multidisciplinary duties, including interacting with suppliers and internal roles such as development, manufacturing, procurement, marketing, and sales. They were also involved in product lifecycle management, budgeting processes, and sales forecasts for production planning.

From 2017 to 2022, Roni worked at Strauss-FritoLay as a Planning and Forecast Manager. In this role, they led a multidisciplinary team responsible for coordinating production to support sales forecasts and budgets. They implemented demand planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) into the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and designed inventory processes. Roni also conducted sales tracking and analysis, trend assessment and documentation, and validation of forecasts for various items and planning metrics.

Currently, Roni works at Nayax as a Senior Operations and Supply Chain Controller, starting in 2022. Further details about their responsibilities in this role were not provided.

Roni Krumer pursued higher education, beginning in the year 2000, at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. where they completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Engineering in 2004. Roni further enhanced their academic qualifications by attending the Holon Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology.
