Pam joined Naylor Love in 2007.

Pam is a professional member of HRINZ and has over 20 years’ experience in the HR sector.

Pam is responsible for managing all aspects of the People function such as recruitment and retention, staff training and development, benefits and compensation, the development of our in-house leadership and cadetship programmes, HR policies development, and legal compliance.
