Charles Dodson

Charles Dodson is an accomplished product management professional currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Nayya since January 2024. Previously, Dodson held a similar position at Indeed.com, leading the Incubator team focused on developing and scaling innovative products. Additional experience includes roles such as VP of Product at REEF, Lead Product Manager at BCG Digital Ventures, and Director of Product at Talent Inc., which was acquired by BV Investment Partners. Dodson also contributed as a mentor for First Round Fast Track and held various positions at R/GA and Rakuten Marketing. Dodson earned a BA in Economics and International Relations from American University.
