Wendy Broersen is a seasoned professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience as a speaker, consultant, and educator. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for DEI at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, Wendy specializes in developing strategies for inclusive workplaces and gender diversity. Wendy has held significant roles such as CEO and Founder of Superpeople Company, where the focus is on attracting, retaining, and developing diverse workforces, and has contributed to multiple organizations, including serving as Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Forum at NBCC. With a strong background in advertising and graphic design, coupled with comprehensive educational qualifications, Wendy Broersen continues to advocate for inclusive organizational cultures and effective D&I strategies.
