Sean Cavill

Sean Cavill has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sean started their career at Philips in 1997, where they worked as a Specification Sales representative, focusing on gaining market share in the specification market and rebuilding client relationships. Sean then joined Probst Dallman & Associates as a Marketing Director in 2003.

In 2005, Sean joined Vectra Bank Colorado as a Senior Corporate Banking Analyst, responsible for analyzing corporate credit requests and conducting due diligence on financial statements, industry, management, and collateral analysis. Sean was later promoted to Vice President, C&I Credit Analysis Team Lead, where they co-managed a $2 billion centralized credit department and supervised a team of senior and junior analysts.

Sean's next role was with The Risk Management Association as an Education Chair, where they coordinated national banking education classes and developed a lunch and learn series to supplement the national offerings in Denver.

In 2015, Sean joined Guaranty Bank and Trust Company as a Vice President, Team Lead Underwriting Support Group. In this role, they supervised and trained a credit analyst team, managed workflow priorities, and provided performance feedback and coaching to employees.

Most recently, Sean is serving as Vice President, Commercial Portfolio Manager at NBH Bank, starting in 2018. Details about their responsibilities in this role are not provided.

Sean Cavill earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, completing their studies from 2006 to 2007.
