Anne Cavalieros

Anne Cavalieros serves as the General Manager of Performance and Reward at nbn® Australia, where responsibilities include designing the company's first Enterprise People Strategy, developing future workforce priorities, and creating an organization-wide Career and Capability Model. Previously, Anne held the position of Head of Integrated Workforce Management at Telstra, focusing on enterprise workforce planning and management. Since the early 2000s, Anne has accumulated extensive experience in project and change management across several organizations, including National Australia Bank and Monash University, while also leading various recruitment and workforce management initiatives in roles at Futurestep and Alexander Mann Solutions. Anne's educational background includes completion of a program through Axelos in 2015.
