Matt Armstrong serves as the Regional Development and Engagement Manager for nbn® Australia, focusing on community engagement and stakeholder relationships in Central NSW to enhance digital capabilities and drive positive social and economic outcomes. With a wealth of experience across multiple organizations, including Transgrid and Newcrest Mining, Matt has developed and executed strategic community engagement strategies and managed significant projects aimed at fostering social performance and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include leadership positions in land access and stakeholder engagement at Lendlease and nbn Australia, as well as advisory and managerial roles in Aboriginal engagement and economic participation with Santos Ltd and the Queensland Government. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) with Honours in Forestry from The Australian National University.
