Siahn Bierman

Siahn Bierman currently serves as General Manager of Industry Strategy and General Manager of Field Partnerships at nbn® Australia, positions held since February 2022. Prior to this, Siahn Bierman enjoyed a lengthy career at Telstra from August 2005 to June 2021, where a range of significant roles included General Manager of Operations Delivery & Business Optimisation and General Manager of Business Strategy & Commercial Management for nbn Activations. Siahn Bierman was responsible for improving key performance metrics and managing business planning and partner relations. Additionally, as Group General Manager of Contact Centre & BPO Procurement, leadership was provided to a team overseeing a substantial outsourcing strategy, transitioning approximately 5,000 full-time equivalents to industry partners in India. Siahn Bierman holds a Certificate IV in Business Administration and Management from Box Hill Institute.
