Technology and Engineering

The Technology and Engineering team at NBN is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the technical infrastructure and systems that power Australia's wholesale broadband access network. This team ensures operational excellence, security, and continuous improvement of IT and network services, while focusing on enhancing customer and product experiences. They work on a range of areas including DevSecOps, IT infrastructure, security, software development, network engineering, and user experience design to support NBN's objective of providing fast, reliable, and affordable broadband to all Australians.
