Danielle Marsh

Danielle Marsh has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Danielle is currently working at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) as the Vice President of People & Culture, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Laureate Education, Inc. for several years, where they held various roles such as Executive Director of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources. Before joining Laureate Education, Inc., Danielle worked at McGladrey as a Human Resources Manager and at Deloitte as a Consultant in Audit & Enterprise Risk Services. Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in human resources to their current role at NBPA.

Danielle Marsh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Monroe College. Danielle also has a Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Development from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, Danielle has obtained certifications in 360 Executive Leadership Coaching and Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Korn Ferry.
