Chief - Property Acquisition, Disposition And Risk Management at NC Department of Health and Human Services

David Krotoszynski has worked for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services as the Chief of Property Acquisition, Disposition and Risk Management since August 2005. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the management of departmental properties, acquisitions, dispositions, and budgeting/purchasing functions. David manages 22 state-owned facilities and a lease portfolio of 164 lease properties. Prior to this, they worked as a Right of Way Agent for NCDOT from November 2001 to July 2005.

David Krotoszynski earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994. In 2014, they obtained a North Carolina Real Estate License from the N.C. Real Estate Commission.
