Katie Andress

Katie Andress is a seasoned policy and program management professional with extensive experience in various governmental roles. Currently serving as a Policy Manager at the NC Department of Health and Human Services, Katie has previously worked as a Program Monitor at the Louisiana Department of Health and as a State Budget Management Analyst at the Louisiana Division of Administration. Additional roles include Committee Administrative Assistant and Committee Secretary at the Louisiana House of Representatives, along with a State Procurement Analyst position at the Louisiana Division of Administration/Office of State Procurement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Northwestern State University and an Associate of Arts from Baton Rouge Community College.
