Ann Harwood

Ann Harwood has over 30 years of experience in various administrative roles. Ann started their career in 1988 as a Senior Research Assistant in the Hong Kong Government. Ann then worked at MJ GLEESON PLC as an Office Manager from 1994 to 2006. Ann transitioned to Exception VAR in 2006, where they held the position of Business Support Manager until 2010. Ann has been with NCAB Group since 2010, initially as Business Support Manager, then progressing to Business Manager, and currently serving as Business Support Director. In their current role, they oversee support staff activities and manages office processes to ensure contract fulfillment for Europe's top PCB provider.

Ann Harwood completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Solent University from 2004 to 2006. Ann also obtained a CIPD (Chartered Institute Personnel Development) qualification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from 2000 to 2001. In addition, they gained several certifications from CIPD, including a Certificate in Training Practice in 2005 and Certificates in Personal Development and Personnel Development in 2003.
