Assoc. Aia Rishon Seaborn Noma

Rishon Seaborn, Assoc. AIA, NOMA, M.A., currently serves as Manager of International Relations at the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), having previously held roles in program specialization within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) and the U.S. Department of State, focusing on personalized learning and international challenges. Rishon also worked in various capacities, including operations management and marketing coordination at Eluvial Enterprise Inc, and gained experience in congressional settings and research on Central America at the Washington Office on Latin America. Rishon has academic credentials comprising a Master’s degree in Ethics, Peace, and Human Rights from American University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Spanish Language and Literature, and Communication and Media Studies from Salisbury University.
