Jason Owen

Jason Owen is an experienced information architect with a career spanning over two decades in technical writing and information management. Currently serving as the Lead Information Architect at NCCI since January 2023, Jason previously held positions including Sr. Content Engineer at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Sr. Consultant at Ryffine. Earlier roles include DITA Specialist at Ixiasoft, Information Architect at TruePosition, and Sr. Technical Writer at Openwave Systems, among others. Jason holds a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Denver and a Master of Science in Technical Communication from the University of Colorado Denver, along with a Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication from Texas Tech University.
