Mirela Bruza-Augatis Ms, Pa-C

Mirela Bruza-Augatis, MS, PA-C, currently serves as a Research Scientist at the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) since December 2022. Mirela has extensive experience as a Physician Assistant at Hunterdon Healthcare - HFM at Your Doctors Care since January 2020 and previously at Your Doctors Care, P.A. from January 2010 to December 2019, as well as at Diabetes Endocrinology & Metabolism Associates, PA from September 2006 to December 2009. In addition, Mirela has been involved in academia as Adjunct Faculty, Assistant Professor, and Assistant Chair at Seton Hall University’s Department of Physician Assistant since September 2015. Educational credentials include a PhD in Higher Education Leadership, Management and Policy from Seton Hall University, a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from Pace University, a Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from SUNY Geneseo.
