Kevin Miller

Kevin Miller, PG, is a seasoned geological engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and project management in the construction and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Regional Geological Engineer at NCDOT since April 2016, Kevin oversees subsurface investigations for various infrastructure projects in the Charlotte Region, including roadways and bridges. Previous roles include Senior Staff Geologist at Terracon and Senior Project Manager at ECS CAROLINAS LLP, as well as a long tenure at NCDOT where responsibility included managing geotechnical engineering contracts statewide. Kevin's early career involved ownership of Simply Good Construction, Inc., and work as an Engineering Laboratory Technician at Martin Marietta. An alumnus of North Carolina State University, Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources Geology.
