Helen Ketteringham FCIPD has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Helen is currently working as the Chief People Officer at NCFE, where they provide strategic leadership to the People Services directorate and promotes learning for a fairer society. Prior to this, Helen was the Head of HR at North Yorkshire County Council, where they developed a People strategy, managed HR service level agreements, and achieved measurable business growth. Helen also worked as an HR Business Partner at Barclays, partnering with senior leadership teams and leading people and culture projects. Additionally, Helen has experience as a Regional HR Business Partner at Superdrug, an HR Consultant at Aviva, and they started their career at Boots, where they completed a University Placement & HR Graduate Scheme and gained HR experience in various roles.

Helen Ketteringham FCIPD has a First class BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management CIPD from Northumbria University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. Helen also has an A-Level in Business Studies A, English A, and French A from Northallerton College, completed from 1998 to 2001. In terms of certifications, Helen has obtained the Chartered Fellow designation from CIPD, the Accredited Award in Coach Training from the Association for Coaching (AC), and the Advanced Coaching certification from The Institute of Leadership & Management.
