Chris Depue

Chris DePue has over 15 years of work experience in various finance and operations roles. Chris started their career as an intern at Ernst & Young in 2006 before becoming a Staff Auditor and later a Senior Auditor. In 2011, they joined Hyperdynamics as a Financial Reporting Manager, where they were responsible for managing communications, guiding corporate restructuring, and implementing internal controls. After leaving Hyperdynamics, Chris worked at Cornerstone Building Brands, where they held multiple senior leadership positions. Chris served as Vice President of Finance for the Building Division, leading the organization to a 70% improvement in EBITDA and generating significant cost savings. Chris then became the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for the Building and Components Division, where they implemented automated production lines and built a unified team. In their most recent role at Cornerstone Building Brands, Chris served as the Senior Vice President of Finance for the Commercial Business Unit, where they achieved significant EBITDA growth and transformed the portfolio through strategic dispositions and acquisitions. Throughout their career, Chris has consistently delivered value-added contributions, including successful mergers and acquisitions, cost savings initiatives, and workforce integration efforts.

Chris DePue earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2007. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from The Honors College at the University of Houston in 2006. In 2009, Chris obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
