Gus Vela

Gus Vela has extensive experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on driving digital transformation and improving user experiences. Gus is currently the Head of Global Technology Operations, Infrastructure and User Experience at Cornerstone Building Brands, where they are responsible for aligning technology vision with business strategy across multiple countries. Prior to this, Gus served as the Vice President of IT Infrastructure and Operations at Genesis Financial Solutions, the Director of IT Service Delivery at Avanir Pharmaceuticals, and the Director of IT at Tax Strategies, Inc. Gus also held various senior leadership positions at Southern California Edison, where they achieved significant cost savings and led strategic initiatives. Earlier in their career, Gus gained experience in IT management at City National Bank, Merisel Inc, and iNet Technology Partners LLC.
