Jennifer Horrocks

Jennifer Horrocks' work experience includes holding the position of Vice President, Total Rewards & HR Operations at Cornerstone Building Brands since March 2023, as well as Vice President, Human Resources - Canada at the same company from June 2018 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Manager, Eastern Canada at Cornerstone Building Brands from November 2014 to June 2018. Before joining Cornerstone Building Brands, Jennifer held the position of Human Resources Manager at Centra Industries Inc from January 2009 to October 2014. Jennifer also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ATS Reliance from July 2008 to December 2008.

Jennifer Horrocks, CHRL has an extensive education history. In 2022, they attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School to complete the Executive Leadership Development Program, focusing on Leadership Development. Previously, in 2011-2012, they obtained a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from Conestoga College. In 2007-2008, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mohawk College. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at Wilfrid Laurier University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honours Contemporary Studies from 2004-2007. Additionally, Jennifer holds the certification of Certified Human Resources Leader from HRPA.
