Kyle Allen

Kyle Allen is a Senior Product Success Manager at nCino, Inc. since May 2024, with a robust background in support operations and customer service cultivated during tenure at SimpleNexus, where roles included Manager of Support Operations and T1 Support, Supervisor of Support Operations, and Customer Support Engineer from March 2020 to May 2024. Previously, Kyle held the position of UI/UX Designer at BYU College of Engineering, where a college website redesign was accomplished using HCI Design methods, and acted as a Graphic Designer at Brigham Young University from January 2013 to April 2019. Early career experience includes roles as a Deli Worker at Costco Wholesale and Sandwich Rockstar at Jimmy John's. Kyle earned a Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design and Graphic Design from Brigham Young University, completing studies in 2019.
