Courtney DeGroot

Courtney DeGroot has a diverse work experience in the customer success field. Courtney is currently working at NCM Associates as a Customer Success Specialist since July 2023. Previously, they worked at XSELL Technologies as a Customer Success Manager from May 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they developed a training program and facilitated training for agents, reported metrics to agents' managers, and served as a bridge between the company and clients.

Courtney also held the position of Customer Success Supervisor at XSELL Technologies from October 2020 to May 2021, where they managed two teams of 55 employees, oversaw the customer service center, and provided data-driven insights for product development. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Center Manager at XSELL Technologies from January 2019 to May 2021. In this role, they built and managed a high-performing team of 25 agents, conducted performance reviews and trainings, and managed key accounts.
